Parties Services Payment Termination

This contract is entered into between Halifax Legal Aid Spring Garden, hereinafter referred to as “the Firm,” and the client seeking legal aid services, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”

The Firm agrees to provide legal representation and advice to the Client in matters pertaining to family law, criminal defense, immigration, and civil litigation.

The Client agrees to pay the Firm for legal services rendered at the rates and in the manner specified in the Fee Agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

This contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party in accordance with the laws and regulations governing legal practice in the province of Nova Scotia.
